Our providers are experienced in providing exceptional patient care which have earned patient trust and satisfaction over many decades of service to the North Texas community. One of the more prestigious designation a provider could have is being named “Top 1% in the Nation” on any given criteria. Each year, the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) puts out a random survey nationally to measure patients’ perspective of hospital care. Over 4,000 hospitals participate and over 3 million patients complete this survey each year. The survey asks discharged patients 29 questions about their recent hospital stay, 19 of which are core questions about critical aspects of patients’ hospital experience ranging from communication with doctors and nurses to cleanliness of the hospital itself. This survey is administered to random adult patients across medical conditions between 48 hours and six weeks after discharge.
The results are in, and it is with great pride that we share that our doctors have earned standings on 2021’s prestigious “Top 1% in The Nation in Patient Experience for Inpatient” list! We thank you for your continued dedication to our patients and community, doctors!
